Greetings, everyone!
I'm Dr. Ashley Fernandez, a female United States Air Force Veteran. Following my service to the nation, I embarked on a career in corporate America, where I diligently climbed the ranks. However, amidst my professional journey, I often found myself pondering how I could return to my passion for aiding others.
During this reflection, I came to realize that many individuals, much like myself, were grappling with serious health conditions. Having personally battled misdiagnosed Celiac disease for most of my life, I intimately understood the challenges it posed to daily life. This realization ignited a conviction within me; I couldn't be the only one facing such obstacles.
Determined to spare others from the torment of misdiagnosis and the arduous quest for answers, I made the bold decision to pursue a career in medicine. My aim? To empower individuals with the accurate diagnoses and support they rightly deserve.
